Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Profitell Consultation Inc. invoicing services, including invoices, estimates, recurring billing, client records, and payment features.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and maintaining accurate profile and billing details. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features may be billed on recurring terms. Plan pricing and features may change with notice. Unless required by law or a stated refund policy, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity, including attempts to bypass security, abuse trial access, or upload malicious content.

5. Data and Content

You retain rights to your business data and uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Payments and Third Parties

Payment processing may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe. Their terms and policies apply to payment operations and settlement timelines.

7. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and internet/network events may affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Profitell Consultation Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
